Loading and unloading machines efficiently

The modular robotic solution can be configured as needed and allows for maximum autonomy times thanks to flexible parts provision. Short machine intervention times can be achieved thanks to double grippers.

The automation module enables you to load and unload machine tools automatically with minimal effort and maximum efficiency.

  2. Robot base, incl.
         - Tray holder (optional)
         - Positioning unit (optional)

  3. Modular robot fence, consisting of
         - Base element with control console
         - 1 - 2 doors
         - Long fence elements as required
         - Short fence elements as required

  4. Double gripper with blow-off unit
